In June of this year ten operational team members of Watersafe UK Search & Rescue Team (WUKSART) successfully circumnavigated the entire coastline of Britain in a Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) to raise funds for both WUKSART and the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI).
This unique challenge was a great test to all involved as we aimed to circumnavigate 1,999 miles of British coastline in just 9 days, 9 hours and 9 minutes.
The event started at Poole in Dorset which is the
Headquarters of the RNLI and in a clockwise direction stopped off at certain RNLI lifeboat stations situated at strategic points along the British coastline with the event eventually finishing again at Poole lifeboat

In the summer of 2013 Node4 were provided with the opportunity to display our company logo on the Marussia F1 Team MR02 cars for the 2013 British Grand Prix, thanks to its equity investment backers LDC.
The British Grand Prix is held at Silverstone and this year’s event showcased out of the new Silverstone Wing – the circuit’s state-of-the-art Pit, Paddock and Conference complex, opened on 17 May 2011.
The Node4-Giordana racing team was formed in 2011 from the previous team formerly sponsored by Motorpoint. It comprises both a men’s and women’s team under the control of Griffiths, with junior world road race champion Lucy Garner fronting the latter.
Malcolm Elliott and Bill Nickson manage the squad, with several of the riders from the old team continuing to make progress as part of Node4-Giordana.
“I personally love cycling. It can be an addictive sport. But I particularly love Phil Griffiths’ passion for the sport and his total commitment to developing the sport and the team. His zest and enthusiasm after so many years involvement to cycling were enough for us to put our name to his team and I am sure it will be a mutually successful partnership.”
