IP Stream issue
At approx 11:30am we experienced a problem with one of our BRAS (broadband remote access server) devices. Our engineers have identified the issue and it should now be resolved. If any users broadband connections have not re-established, please reboot your onsite router.

SIPLink general call failures on Sunday 15th December
SIPLink customers experianced random call failures between 10am and 12am on Sunday 15th December. This was caused by a problem with several of the interconnects between Node4 and one of our upstream providers.

Unplanned downtime in DC-2 Hall-2 between 07.40 and 07.45
Node4 experinanced a problem with one of the LAN swicthes in DC-2 Hall-2. The switch rebooted, we are currently investigating. Customers connected to this switch will have experianced loss of connectivity between 7.40 - 7.45

Parnter Maintenance Affecting xDSL LLU Customers in Nottingham on 12/12/08
One of our suppliers will be performing planned maintenance on circuits within the Nottingham Longbow (City Center) exchange. The maintenance will result in xDSL services from this exchange being disrupted for up to an hour between 12/12/08 23:00 and 13/12/08 02:00.

Emergency maintenance affecting xDSL and IP-BVN customers 01/12/08 at 22:00
xDSL customers using our Data Stream and LLU services customers will be affected by maintenance work at 10pm this evening. Customers will experinace loss of connectivity for around 5 minutes while maintenance is carried out on a Broad Remote Access Server.

Emergency Maintenance Affecting DataStream xDSL Customers on 10/11/08 at 22:00
Emergency maintenance needs to be carried out on our Broadband Remote Access Server at 10 pm tonight (November 10th). Broadband customers (ADSL and SDSL) on our DataStream network will experience an outage during this maintenance work.
Downtime is expected to be betweeen 10 and 20 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

@ukbb ADSL Connections - Service Restored
10:20am - Service has been restored for all @ukbb ADSL connections. Our supplier resolved an issue with their inter-connect. No further outages are expected.

@ukbb ADSL Connections Currently down
Customers with a xxxxx@ukbb ADSL username will be affected by a network fault. This is currently under investigation by Node4 and supplier engineers. Further information will be posted when available.
The fault has been traced to a inter-connect circuit, it is currently being investigated by engineers.

Planned Maintenance Affecting DataStream xDSL Customers on 09/10/08 at 21.00
Node4 engineers will be replacing a fibre cable within the data centre between 9pm and 9.15pm on 9th October. This work will result in an outage for BT DataStream xDSL customers of approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Node4 engineers will be replacing a fibre cable within the data centre between 6.45am and 7am on 9th October. This work will result in an outage for BT DataStream xDSL customers of approximately 3 minutes.
