  • Core network upgrade

    Type of Announcement: Node4 Planned Maintenance

    Description:

    As part of Node4's continuing network investment program, we will be upgrading some core switches on the morning of Friday 16th May between 12 midnight and 12:30am.

    Customers should expect 3 periods of intermittant connectivity for approximately 3-4 minutes during this period

    We apologise for any inconvenience that these essential upgrades may cause.

  • IP Stream loss of connection

    Type of Announcement: Unplanned Downtime

    Description:

    Some UKBB IP stream connections were dropped at approximately 4:20 this morning. Connectivity has now been restored.

    Users with an @ukbb username who are experiencing connectivity issues, should reboot their router and try again.

    Reason for Maintenance: Node4 will be resetting an ATM card in our SE400 at approx 11:15 tonight (tuesday). this will result in the loss of datastream connections for approximately 5-10 minutes
