  • Emergency Maintenance Affecting DataStream xDSL Customers on 10/11/08 at 22:00
    Emergency maintenance needs to be carried out on our Broadband Remote Access Server at 10 pm tonight (November 10th). Broadband customers (ADSL and SDSL) on our DataStream network will experience an outage during this maintenance work. Downtime is expected to be betweeen 10 and 20 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Node4 Technical Support

  • @ukbb ADSL Connections - Service Restored
    10:20am - Service has been restored for all @ukbb ADSL connections. Our supplier resolved an issue with their inter-connect. No further outages are expected. Regards, Node4 Support

  • @ukbb ADSL Connections Currently down
    Customers with a xxxxx@ukbb ADSL username will be affected by a network fault. This is currently under investigation by Node4 and supplier engineers. Further information will be posted when available. The fault has been traced to a inter-connect circuit, it is currently being investigated by engineers. Regards, Node4 Technical Support

  • Planned Maintenance Affecting DataStream xDSL Customers on 09/10/08 at 21.00
    Node4 engineers will be replacing a fibre cable within the data centre between 9pm and 9.15pm on 9th October. This work will result in an outage for BT DataStream xDSL customers of approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Regards, Node4 Support

  • Planned Maintenance Affecting DataStream xDSL Customers on 09/10/08 at 06.45
    Node4 engineers will be replacing a fibre cable within the data centre between 6.45am and 7am on 9th October. This work will result in an outage for BT DataStream xDSL customers of approximately 3 minutes.   Note - this work has now been postponed

  • ALL CLEAR Emergency Maintenance Affecting LLU and DataStream xDSL Services 25/09/09 21.00
    Maintenance work has now been completed. It took a little longer than expected as we also took the decision to replace a suspect fibre cable. Node4 Technical Support

  • Emergency Maintenance Affecting LLU and DataStream xDSL Services 25/09/09 21.00
    A suspected hardware defect has been identified on one of the ATM cards on our Broadband Remote Access Server, this card will be replaced at 21.00 this evening. Broadband customers (ADSL and SDSL) on our DataStream and Local Loop Unbundled (LLU – Derby, Nottingham and Leicester) network will experience an outage during this maintenance work.  Downtime [...]

  • Manchester Connectivity
    Voice connectivity to Manchester has now been restored. All services are now back to normal Node4 Tech Support

  • Manchester Switch Issue
    We are currently experiencing a problem with a switch in Manchester. Our engineers are working on the problem and expect service to be restored shortly. Some voice customers may experience loss of service during this period. Node4 Tech Support

  • ukbb connections
    We had an issue with our UKBB broadband connections at approx 3:05pm for 10-15 minutes. Some broadband users will have experienced intermittant or no connectivity in this period. This was due to a problem with our upstream provider. Normal service has now being restored. N4 Tech Support
