Description:

Node4 Engineers will be performing network maintenance on Tuesday 2^nd September between midnight and 4am. This work will disrupt network traffic within the data centres and on transit services.

We expect the majority of the service disruption to last around 2 -3 minutes, however there may be several occurrences of this during the maintenance window. Customers in DC1 may experience outages of up to 10mins while switches are replaced.

This maintenance work involves commissioning a new GB circuit within the core network, replacing two switches in DC1, moving some customers in DC2 Hall2 to new UTP cabling and applying BGP network configuration changes to the core routers.
