IT Partnership Benefits Both Derby Companies

Leading provider of IT solutions and services for the Midlands, Orchid Business Computing, have picked Derby based Node4 to be their hosting partner of choice.

Orchid were on the look-out for a local company to help with their offsite data storage and internet connectivity, and came across Converged Communications specialists, Node4 who now work together with Orchid to provide hosting facilities in their Data Centre.

Node4 have also recently provided Orchid with connectivity for their brand new Derby office, which is just around the corner from Node4’s head office and Data Centre. This locality is a huge benefit to Orchid as it allows them to access the Data Centre quickly and easily in order to make any changes or updates to their back up solutions.

Paul Bryce, Business Development Director at Node4 said: “With Orchid’s head office being so close to Node4 it has allowed us to build a close working relationship. We are currently expanding our Data Centre which will hopefully provide more business opportunities between the two companies.”
