Qualifications are less important to us than ability, however the following would be advantageous:

Cisco CCNA and/or Juniper JNCIA
Cisco CCNP and/or Juniper JNCIS

  • A proven track record of installing and supporting Cisco and/or Juniper networking LAN and WAN solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to lead technical discussions
  • Good technical ability with a solid grounding in routing, switching, VoIP, Wireless, security products and technologies
  • Have a can do attitude, be able to pick up and learn new technologies in a fast moving dynamically changing environment

Key Responsibilities

Working within the support team and based at one of our offices/Data Centre you will:

  • Supporting customers networks – Ethernet LANs & WANs, routers, switches, firewalls, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, NAT, IPS, L2VPN, L3VPN, QoS
  • Own and manage support tickets
  • Utilise network management tools to support customer networks
  • Support the data centre network infrastructures

Some Essential Skills
