As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be tasked with maximising revenue from existing accounts by cross-selling our client’s portfolio of technology services. Building an effective pipeline, you’ll maintain account development plans and frequently contact customers to build strong strategic relationships.
Striving to increase product and brand awareness, you’ll promote the company’s colocation, cloud, connectivity and voice services to senior decision makers. You’ll assist the Marketing Team with monthly campaigns to generate opportunities with existing customers. Additionally, you’ll liaise with the Service Delivery Team to ensure that customers receive the highest levels of service.
You MUST have industry experience for this role, first-rate knowledge of industry trends, and excellent attention to detail.
• Build an effective and strong pipeline

• Represent and promote Node4 and its products/services in a professional manner
• Increase the awareness of Node4 in its chosen target market(s)
• Increase exposure of Node4 within identified strategic relationships
• Develop and deliver business and account plans into chosen market sectors
