The primary purpose of the Account Manager is to look after a set of defined Node4 accounts and generate new accounts.The aim is to ensure that accounts stay as customers and that the level of business from them grows. This will happen through several activities including: regular contact, managing customer requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. As a result of effective account management, new business opportunities should also be generated. The role forms a crucial part of Node4’s aim to provide “Exceptional Service as Standard” (Core Value no. 1)
