Job Description

As a result of our continued year on year growth we need to expand our Finance team and are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to provide all round support to Sales ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a professional, high quality service. The successful candidate will form part of the department known for its close-knit working teams and excellent atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Control assistance with queries
  • Sales Ledger processing
  • Customer Queries
  • Purchase Ledger invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ledger analysis and maintenance

Essential Skills

  • Great organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience of SAP (Desirable)
  • Flexibility to work schedule
  • Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
