This resource will be responsible for providing software configuration and customisation including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration and automation, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations. Administration tasks will also be required.
In this varied role, you will work closely with teams across the business to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. This role will primarily focus on the system utilisation within Node4 SeviceNow systems. Focusing on system management and reporting and the quality of the data that underpins the operation, the role will encompass the ongoing monitoring, management and user training required to ensure that all system records maintain exceptional levels of data quality and functionality with a view to producing reliable and consistent reporting and operational performance to all departments within the business.
