We are currently recruiting for an individual who is ready for their next challenge within Product Management. Based predominantly at our Reading site, you would be welcomed as a team member of our Product Management Team as our Junior Product Manager! We are looking for someone who will confidently help support in the creation and maintenance of products via internal tools, troubleshooting quoting issues from the wider business, management of documentation and training materials, and general administrative tasks. We’d love you to be passionate about technology and display a strong customer service ethos.

What you'll do

  • Creating new products and bundles via internal tools
  • Updating Node4 systems to support product updates
  • Overall management of product data in a CRM system; updates, sense checks etc
  • Product configuration changes
  • Providing support to the wider business for the quoting tool / troubleshooting issues
  • Working with Vendor Manager to acquire partner funding and demonstrate goals and success of campaigns
  • Gather pricing from suppliers/supplier portals
  • Liaise with product managers to get pricing on Node4 products
  • Management of online training materials
  • Upkeep of internal SharePoint site
  • Documentation management
  • General administrative tasks as and when required by the team
  • Own, execute against and report monthly on the Pricing Update Schedule

  • Experience using Power BI and CRM systems useful but not essential

  • Ability to pick up understanding of processes quickly
  • Confidence to work and communicate across a variety of stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Understanding of working in a Service Desk / ISP environment
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to work as part of a team
