Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns for products, services and events that target our existing customers, and working with other marketing managers to tailor campaign activity into their overall marketing plans for new business generation.

This position has been created as we now have a requirement to bring expertise, order and genuine ROI from our campaign activities. We run quarterly themed campaigns as well as monthly product promotions, but we need to introduce lots of other new and exciting things that will excite both our customers and our sales teams.

This role will suit a vibrant and hands-on marketing manager who is willing to roll up their sleeves and really make a tangible difference.

Previous experience within IT/Technology/Telco/Managed Services providers is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning a variety of marketing campaigns and delivering them on time and in budget
  • Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end and ensuring they meet the target objectives of acquiring or retaining customers
  • Work with the internal creative team and other internal staff and external agencies to create all campaign assets
  • Write, edit and proof-read copy for promotional materials for marketing campaigns
  • A/B testing campaigns to obtain maximum effectiveness
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPI’s
  • Maintain regular measurement of ROI of campaigns

Essential Skills

  • Communication skills – both written and verbal – should be excellent
  • Excellent project management skills
  • You’ll need to have a very analytical mind and be able to work with data and insights
  • Relevant industry experience gained from a similar company would be a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of the IT/Telco industry
  • Online and offline marketing campaign experience is essential
