Job Description

We are adding to our Finance team by recruiting an experienced Payroll and Finance Assistant.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a professional, high quality service and will form part of the department known for its close-knit working teams and excellent atmosphere.

  • payroll (main function)
  • Credit control
  • Sales ledger
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Customer DD collections
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Customer queries

Essential Skills

  • Extensive payroll experience
  • Great organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience of SAP (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work schedule
  • Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
