People and Data Co-ordinator

Job Description

As a result of our continued year on year growth we are expanding our People team and are therefore looking to recruit a ‘People and Data Co-ordinator’.

The successful candidate will help support the People Team - HR, Learning and Development, and Recruitment with coordination activities, they will also be expected to manage small coordination projects, ensuring they are delivered to agreed timescale.

The successful candidate will provide a professional, confidential, administrative, and advisory service to Node4. They will act as first point of contact for Processes, Policy Reviews, Admin, and 1st tier ER queries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Aid and support to other members of the People team
  • Take ownership of Processes, Policy Reviews, Admin, and 1st tier ER
  • Create reports and bringing data/metrics together
  • Improve processes and keeping policies updated to latest revisions/versions
  • Triage ER issues and advise or escalate if required
