Project Coordinator

Job Description

The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to provide support to the wider Node4 Project Office as well as the other Node4 teams tasked with delivering complex solutions.

The role will also monitor and manage multi department orders, ensuring that Node4 Engineers have been allocated to the relevant tasks and have completed them in good time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support other Project Managers by assisting with the delivery of their projects
  • Assist other delivery functions across Node4 in the management and delivery of orders and projects
  • Review new orders for project management/coordination needs
  • Create new order tasks as required, allocating to the appropriate delivery teams for completion
  • Monitor the progress of complex orders, chasing updates/resolution on tasks as required
  • Report on the status of complex orders
  • Be responsible for the delivery of a number of small projects/complex orders
