We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an individual ready to take their next step in their career to join an affable and supportive team as a Renewals Account Manager within our Commercial Sales Team. We are looking for our next team member that has an elevated level of attention to detail and organisation whilst having the ability to deliver an excellent customer service, specifically focussed and targeted on the level of third party renewals.

Key to the role is proactively managing the third party renewals process, working closely with suppliers, vendors, customers, internal teams and tools to ensure that the end to end process is seamless and ensuring Exceptional Service as a Standard is delivered at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Use Vendor portals to check serial numbers, for contract length and SLA
  • Use Vendor portals and internal systems combined to collate information to build a renewal database quarterly to identify expiring maintenance and support contracts
  • Validation that’s assets are registered to correct end user, where needed transfer renewals from Node4 to customer
  • Ensure Customers are provided with correct quotes in appropriate time frame for renewals
  • Request pricing from our supplier, ensuring the SLA, discounts and length of contact request are correct
  • Issue quote to the customer, as the customer will need to sign
  • Supporting Account Managers relating to renewals for strategic customers
  • Giving assistance with any queries internally or externally around the contract
  • Work directly with vendors, to resolve issues
  • Follow up with Customers for opportunity updates and providing reporting on status until closed
  • Reviewing signed order from customer and order with supplier or vendor and filing copies as required
  • Provide opportunity updates to both distribution and vendors
