As part of our structured growth we are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager who has the strategic awareness and hands on tactical experience to develop, drive, and implement a full marketing strategy.

As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be tasked with maximising revenue from existing accounts by cross-selling our client’s portfolio of technology services.

Building an effective pipeline, you’ll maintain account development plans and frequently contact customers to build strong strategic relationships.

Striving to increase product and brand awareness, you’ll promote the company’s colocation, cloud, connectivity and voice services to senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the marketing team carry out marketing campaigns to generate opportunities in line with your vertical and targets
  • Build an effective and strong pipeline that always has enough opportunities in it to meet sales targets
  • Carry out regular customer meetings that result in strong profitable business relationships
  • Increase the awareness of Node4 in its chosen target market(s)
  • Open strategic relationships resulting in new routes to market and sales opportunities
  • Develop and deliver business and account plans into chosen market sectors/target accounts
  • Own the relationship and integrity of business with new & existing customers
  • Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product, systems and skills training and development

Essential Skills

  • At a minimum, four years’ experience gained within a technology environment
  • Demonstrable expertise and/or knowledge in colocation, cloud, connectivity OR voice technologies
  • A full driving licence
  • As the Senior Account Manager, you must have superb networking, relationship-building and communication skills
