Our organisation is on a rapid growth journey both through external recruitment and acquisitions so your role will be key to shaping the future teams across the whole organisation.

As Talent Attraction Partner, you will be an integral part of the People team, working to identify, attract and recruit the very best talent for roles across all of Node4, including Sales, Admin, Technical and Financial roles – both internally and externally (we want to offer progression paths for our existing team before we look externally). You will work in a consultative and pro-active capacity, from sourcing and interviewing candidates, to working closely with internal departments to define requirements and managing the entire recruitment process.

You’ll also get the opportunity to work closely with our wider People team to ensure all of your recruits get the best possible experience as we onboard them into the Node4 family (we pride ourselves on offering a world-class induction to Node4) – ensuring that the talent you have found is able to flourish and thrive.

Whilst not essential, an understanding and previous experience of recruiting within the tech sector would be of benefit – especially given that you will be working with a wide range of technically gifted individuals as we look to lead our customers on a digital transformation journey.

Our ideal candidate will be a pro-active, dynamic individual with minimum 2 years recruitment experience who is not afraid to challenge the norm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining an engaged community of talent for internal and external future organisational & departmental development and expansion
  • Be a valued partner across the organisation, pre-empting risk associated with change and ensuring that all areas have the right people to execute their delivery plans
  • Being a brand ambassador for Node4 – promoting our values and Employee Value Proposition both internally and externally
  • Sourcing and engaging Administrative, Financial, Sales/Commercial and Technical candidates via multiple channels (Advertisements, online searches, referrals, social media etc)
  • Advertising roles on job boards, Candidate screening, 1st stage interview and shortlisting for Hiring Manager approval
  • Scheduling and managing interviews
  • Proactively seeking new ways to identify, engage & attract talent
  • Recommend appropriate assessment criteria and support with objective, metric-based selection
  • Collaborating and Consulting on Job Descriptions for Hiring Managers to ensure clarity of expectation both pre and post selection
  • Complete role and salary benchmarks to ensure an attractive remuneration offer is secured for new and existing employees
  • Developing Hiring Manager Interview and selection techniques
  • Accurate Record keeping and development of our ATS and Business reporting metrics
  • Building upon and developing our Exceptional Candidate Experience

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrable recruitment/talent attraction experience where your focus has been on identifying and engaging the best talent in the market
  • A good work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Strong business/commercial acumen
  • The ability to consult and partner with Hiring Managers to offer alternative, creative solutions to talent attraction and development
  • A friendly, confident communicator both in person & over the phone
  • High level organisational skills, with an ability to multi-task, adapt and change strategy with the needs of the business
