As Talent Development Administrator, you will be an integral part of the People team, responsible for providing high quality administration services which support the delivery and management of all learning, development, leadership and talent programmes.
You’ll also get the opportunity to work closely with our wider People and organisation to support our teams to work towards and gain technical qualifications – monitoring all incoming certifications and qualifications and assisting with analysis of data to ensure that as an organisation we are focussing on talent in the right areas.
Whilst not essential, an understanding and previous experience of administration within a Learning & Development team or within the digital/tech industry would be of benefit – especially given that you will be working with a wide range of technically gifted individuals as we look to lead our customers on a digital transformation journey.
Our ideal candidate will be a pro-active, dynamic individual with minimum 1 years administrative experience who is not afraid to challenge the norm.
