Channel Marketing Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a vibrant and hands-on Channel Marketing Manager with some experience of working within IT/Technology/Telco/Managed Services Providers. You will be responsible for driving forward the marketing plan, raising awareness of our products and services, generating good quality sales opportunities and supporting our partners with their own marketing efforts.

Our strategy for the channel is to take customers on a recruit, enable and grow journey, so you will be responsible for creating a compelling marketing plan that achieves this. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to coordinate and plan activities, and create content, in line with the overall marketing plan.

It’s an exciting time to join the team - our partner markets division has a new focus and is going to be the biggest area of growth for our business over the next financial year. It’s time to give this division the attention it deserves to support the sales team, and our channel partners, and really make a difference to growing the reputation and awareness of our brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing strategic marketing plans
  • Planning, developing and executing all marketing activity in line with the marketing plan
  • Managing and maintaining relevant website content
  • Working with the digital marketing team
  • Creating and managing content
  • Creating a contact strategy for communicating with existing partners
  • Planning, executing and reporting on direct (email) marketing campaigns
  • Creating a programme of relevant events
  • Producing marketing materials to support the sale of products and services

Key Skills

  • Strong copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Event management experience
