Job Description

Are you a driven and highly motivated Cloud Engineer looking to join an exciting and dynamic company?

Node4 recently joined forces with Secura, and we are recruiting a Cloud Engineer (Level 2) to join the Secura team in their Welwyn Garden City office.

Secura supports customers with highly secure enterprise cloud services that deliver business advantage and value. It works closely with customers to really understand their challenges, creating innovative solutions and services to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proactively managing events and incidents as they arise through the Secura Service Desk
  • Managing and participating in problem management
  • Ensuring customer SLAs are met
  • Being an authority for the Secura change management process
  • Engaging with thirrd party support suppliers
  • Maintaining customer technical documentation
  • Managing scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Managing technical risks to customer platforms and Secura

Some essential skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Proven track record in delivering IT solutions
  • Experience in a Managed Services role
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Server or Linux OS
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, PHP, VBScript etc.)
