Job Description

As part of our ongoing growth we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to assist our busy Marketing team within our two business units. N4Stack and N4Engage. You will be a vital addition to the Marketing team and assisting with all related tasks.

We are looking for someone to ensure success as a Digital Marketing Apprentice.

You may be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our customers.

You should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team through SEO advice and implementation
  • Assist the marketing team through PPC advice and implementation
  • Support the relationship with Node4’s chosen digital agency, and any other relevant Partners
  • Lead the social media plan – devise when and what type of content should be scheduled in agreement with a senior member of the team
  • Own the creation of social media content (imagery and copy) for all social platforms for N4Stack and N4Engage using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Help maintain a dynamic website, regularly auditing content and updating where needed, alongside updating based off request
  • Create and deploy landing pages for campaigns and website expansion, implementing SEO and UX best practices
  • Create and send ad-hoc & automated emails from HubSpot
  • Help to innovate the current digital processes and systems we have in place
  • Suggest new tools that could help streamline/optimise our workload/output
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis work, to make sure N4Stack and N4Engage are ahead of our competition across the board in marketing
  • Ensure work is completed in a timely manner, within deadlines, and to an excellent quality, through high attention to detail
  • Communicate out to relevant stakeholders to ensure they know where work is up to
  • Work closely with relevant members of the Marketing team, other departments, and external agencies
  • Complete regular reports using various reporting systems
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns

Required Grades

3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject
