We have an opportunity for you to join us as a Project Admin Support Coordinator.

The Project Admin Support Coordinator will support the Projects Delivery Manager in the co-ordination of activities, planning and control of the project tracker. They receive minimal supervision from the Projects Delivery Manager to ensure the agreed project management methods and standards are implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist the Projects Delivery Manager with the production and maintenance of project plans.

Carry out bi-weekly project WIP reports (revenue).

Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.

Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.

Monitor and report risk and issue logs, raising any changes as early as possible.

Taking clear concise minutes from meetings and adding them to the ‘Project specific documentation pack’.

Creating reports – project success data through Excel and PowerBI.

Assist with KPI’s, compliance in preparation of governance checks.

Essential Skills

  • Be a passionate communicator with the ability to alter the message to different audiences.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel level experience.
