Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Systems, Data & Process Manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring that Node4 make best use of the CRM, ERP and other operational systems used to manage its business.
This role will primarily focus on how records are managed and maintained in the Node4 CRM and ERP systems (currently Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Hubspot, but soon to migrate to SAP Business ByDesign and Hubspot). Focusing on system management and reporting and the quality of the data that underpin their operation, the role will encompass the ongoing monitoring, management and user training required to ensure that all system records maintain exceptional levels of data quality and functionality with a view to producing reliable and consistent reporting and operational performance to all departments within the business.

Data quality monitoring & management
The management of data entry and system configuration
Identify areas for business process improvement
Ensure compliance with necessary accreditations/regulations
