Systems, Data & Process Manager

Location: Derby or Nottingham


Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Systems, Data & Process Manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring that Node4 makes best use of the CRM, ERP and other operational systems used to manage its business.

This role will focus on how records are managed and maintained in the Node4 CRM and ERP systems (currently Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Hubspot, but soon to migrate to SAP Business ByDesign and Hubspot).

You will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring, management and user training required to ensure that all system records maintain exceptional levels of data quality and functionality. This is with a view to producing reliable and consistent reporting and operational performance to all departments within the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, publishing and maintaining reports
  • Designing, creating and maintaining KPI entities and dashboards
  • Monitoring and managing data quality
  • Managing data entry and system configuration
  • Identifying areas for business process improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with necessary accreditations/regulations

Essential Skills

  • Experience of managing/administering ERP and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of, and capability of using reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Crystal Reports
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT business
  • Ability to maintain and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and other senior managers
