Armed with almost a dozen CCIE's - the most prestigious networking certifications in the industry, we’re unwaveringly confident in our expertise, technology and service delivery, but we’re pretty proud of our culture too.

Our Leadership Team

Andrew Gilbert

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew started his career as a developer, working on big projects for PC World and Freeserve. Since then, he has held a number of positions within IT-related firms, including Dixons Stores Group (DSG). Prior to setting up Node4, he was Technical Director of another IT solutions provider, focussing on wireless internet access to rural areas along with hosted solutions.

Paul Bryce

Chief Commercial Officer

Paul has been with Node4 since it started back in 2004, and has been instrumental in its growth and success. After graduating, Paul started his career in technology sales by joining an IT reseller. With progression and a couple of business moves later, he met Andrew Gilbert who, impressed with his work, invited him to come and build the Sales & Marketing strategy for Node4.

Tom Needs

Chief Operations Officer

Tom has more than 15 years’ experience within the Managed Services industry. At Node4, Tom is responsible for running the operational and service delivery functions of the business, ensuring that Node4’s customers & partners are delivered Exceptional Service as a Standard. Tom has been internally appointed as DPO to help the company demonstrate compliance and to enhance focus on accountability.

Leon Keller

Chief Financial Officer

Leon has extensive strategic finance and transactional experience, having spent over 10 years at PwC where he was a Director in their Midlands Corporate Finance team, specialising in technology transactions from £20-200m. Prior to joining Node4, Leon was Managing Director at Ormerod Rutter Corporate Finance, a boutique strategic and corporate finance advisory firm. Today, Leon is helping Node4 to fulfil its ambitious growth and acquisition plans over the next three years, which is supported by £40million of committed follow-on funds from Bowmark Capital.

Bill Thomas

Chairman

Bill has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT services sector, having spent over two decades working for with EDS and Hewlett Packard, both in the US and in Europe. Prior to his appointment as Chairman at Node4, Bill Thomas has also held a number of high profile non-executive director roles at several companies, including the Co-Op Bank plc, Balfour Beatty plc, GFI Software, Xchanging plc, Spirent Communications and VFS.

Charles Ind

Managing Partner

Charles is a managing partner of Bowmark and co-chairman of the Investment Committee. He established Bowmark in 1997 and has jointly led the business with Kevin Grassby since 2000. Prior to Bowmark, he worked in investment banking with Morgan Stanley in London and New York, and in strategic management consultancy with the Boston Consulting Group. He has a first class degree from Oxford University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Stephen Delaney

Partner

Stephen has seven years’ experience as an investment director at Bowmark and is a member of the Technology and Business Services teams. He also leads Bowmark’s Financial Services practice. Prior to joining Bowmark, he was a principal at Darwin Private Equity, where he worked on investments in the Technology, Financial Services and Consumer sectors.
